Is there a minimal partner commitment or any partner fees?
No, there is no minimal commitment to be an Alcion partner. Alcion also does not charge any partner fees.
How does revenue sharing work?
We offer discounts based on volume tiers where the discount tier is based on the total number of licenses across all your clients. We also offer additional discounts if you or your customers select annual contracts.
How do partners pay for using Alcion?
Alcion will offer two options. If the billing relationship is handled by the partner, Alcion will invoice you directly. Alternatively, if Alcion has the billing relationship, Alcion will pay a commission to partners.
What happens if my customer runs into an issue?
Alcion’s customer-obsessed support team is always available to help you and your clients. Just reach out to support to get issues resolved. We will reach out to you if we need any additional information but, in most cases, issues get resolved before you or your customers even notice.
